How do I become a Chalice Lighter?

Anyone may sign up to be a Chalice Lighter at any time by using the form below to sign up online. Or, you may contact your congregation's Chalice Lighter Representative, or email/mail your name, address, and congregation's name to MSDChalice@aol.com or to MSD Chalice Lighters, 9 Meaders Lane, Oxford, MS 38655.

Please enroll me as a Chalice Lighter

I will respond to your request for a $10 contribution to light a chalice, but no more than 3 times during a fiscal year from July 1 to June 30.
