‘Gratitude and Generosity’ is the 2006-07 theme in Mid-South District.

Through the year many writings, sermons and books have been inspirations.

Rev. Rhett Baird, minister at High Street UU Church in Macon, Georgia, has preached several sermons around this theme.

In the Spring 2007 edition of the UU World, Rev. Galen Guengerich writes about The Heart of Our Faith: Gratitude should be the center of Unitarian Universalist theology.
